A list of recipes I have made from cookbooks, both my own and borrowed from the library, and online sources.

Published recipe titles may differ slightly but should be close enough for you to locate the recipe. I recommend Eat Your Books for searching inside cookbooks. You'll also have to search for the online ones yourself, sorry, compiling this list took long enough already!


Repeatability Ratings

⭐⭐⭐ Amazing! I could eat this over and over again. I apply this rating extremely sparingly, saving it for recipes that profoundly delight.
⭐⭐ Very enjoyable and will happily repeat.
⭐ Enjoyable but I'm unlikely to cook it again, or would want to alter the recipe if I did.
No stars means it wasn't for me.


Alterations

I am noting significant changes I have made to recipes such as replacing meat, but I am not recording every minor substitution. Please always assume I have taken other small liberties to suit my tastes, equipment and pantry.
